FORWARD-LOOKING STATEMENT
This Annual Report contains forward-looking statements intended to provide investors with
insights into our future outlook and assist in informed decision-making. These statements,
along with other periodic written and verbal communications, reflect our current plans,
expectations, and assumptions made by management. Words such as ‘anticipate’, ‘believe’,
‘estimate’, ‘expect’, ‘intend’, ‘plan’, ‘project’, and other similar expressions typically indicate
such forward-looking statements.
While these statements are based on assumptions, we believe to be reasonable at the time,
they are inherently subject to known and unknown risks, uncertainties, and other factors that
could cause actual outcomes to differ materially from those expressed or implied. Any such
divergence may result from changes in the business environment, market dynamics, regulatory
shifts, or inaccuracies in assumptions. Given these inherent uncertainties, readers are advised
to exercise caution in relying on forward-looking information. We undertake no obligation to
update any forward-looking statements publicly, whether as a result of new information, future
