Please note that the Fund Raising Committee of the Board (the “Fund Raising Committee”) has, at its meeting held today i.e. October 12, 2026, approved the issue and allotment of 77,41,935 Equity Shares to eligible qualified institutional buyers at an issue price of ₹775 per Equity Share (including a premium of ₹774 per Equity Share), as determined in terms of the SEBI ICDR Regulations), aggregating to ₹599,99,99,625 (Rupees Five Hundred Ninety-Nine Crore Ninety-Nine Lakh Ninety-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Five only), which includes a discount of 0.05% to the floor price of ₹775.35 per Equity Share pursuant to the Issue. The Issue opened on October 7, 2026 and closed on October 12, 2026 and the same was intimated to you through our letters dated October 7, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively. Pursuant to the allotment of Equity Shares in the Issue, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from ₹31,37,06,860, comprising of 31,37,06,860 Equity Shares of ₹ 1 each to ₹32,14,48,795, comprising of 32,14,48,795 Equity Shares of ₹ 1 each.
