Dear Sir, In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, pursuant to its selection as the successful bidder under Tariff based competitive bidding, has on 12.10.2026 acquired Lakadia C Power Transmission Limited, the Project SPV to establish Inter-State Transmission system for the project namely “Common Transmission System for evacuation of power from Lakadia (Phase-ll: 7.5GW), Jam Khambhaliya (Phase-II: 5.5GW) and Jamnagar (Phase-I: 1GW) - Part-C”, on build, own, operate and transfer (BOOT) basis from the Bid Process Coordinator – PFC Consulting Limited (PFCCL). The project comprises establishment of new 765/400/220 kV Alephata Sub-station in the state of Maharashtra. Further, the project also involves construction of 765 kV and 400 kV transmission lines traversing through the state of Maharashtra along with the associated equipment and bays.
