Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited announced strong audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. For FY26, revenue from operations grew to Rs. 11,668.48 million from Rs. 9,585.26 million in FY25, and net profit after tax increased to Rs. 1,019.62 million from Rs. 928.89 million. The statutory auditors provided an unmodified opinion on the results. Additionally, the Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share for FY26 and re-appointed the internal and cost auditors for FY27.
