Pursuant thereto, the Company filed Form INC-22 with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for registration of the change in the Registered Office, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has approved the said filing and has issued the Certificate of Registration dated September 29, 2026. Accordingly, the Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from 209, Rajani Bhawan, 569, M.G. Road 569, Indore - 452001 to 806, 8th Floor, Dev Plaza, 68, S.V. Road, Andheri Railway Station, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400058. The above change has been duly registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and is effective pursuant to the aforesaid registration.
