The BDA authorities have issued a demand notice dated 22-07-2026 to Bharatya Urban Pvt Ltd for payment of fee for plan approval. Upon payment of fee the authorities will issue a formal approval of plan and subsequent to that Mis Bharatya Urban Pvt Ltd will apply for RERA approval, After RERA approval the project will be launched, this could happen in 1 to 2 months.
