In this regard, it is to inform that in accordance with applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013, the Board of Directors of RVNL has approved the appointment of Shri Deepak Mohanty (DIN: 09356933) as Non- Official (Independent) Director on the Board of RVNL w.e.f. 06.10.2026. Declaration as per SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure- A. The Updated list of Directors is enclosed as Annexure- B.
