Amendment to AOA/MOA

Arvind Limited's shareholders have approved a Special Resolution to amend the Object Clause of the company's Memorandum of Association (MOA). This amendment significantly expands the company's stated business scope to include a comprehensive range of services, such as business transformation, back-office operations, IT, digital transformation, data analytics, business process management, supply chain, HR, and finance-related support services, both domestically and internationally.
