During the course of the proceedings, the Company extended its full cooperation and assistance to the concerned officers and provided the requisite information, documents and data as requested by them. The Company further wishes to clarify that the disclosure to the Stock Exchange is being made beyond the prescribed timeline of 24 hours, as the Company's premises were under search proceedings and the office operations were temporarily disrupted, resulting in the temporary suspension of regular business activities. Consequently, the company was unable to submit the requisite disclosure to the Stock Exchange within the stipulated timeline. Now that the search proceedings have concluded and the Company's operations have resumed smoothly, the Company is hereby submitting the requisite disclosure to the Stock Exchange.
