ANNEXURE – 1 PRAMESH MAHESHWARI Mr. Pramesh Maheshwari (‘Mr. Maheshwari’) is appointed as President India and Southeast Asia. Mr. Maheshwari has 30+ years of experience in driving EBITDA growth, operational transformation, and value creation across industrial and technology-enabled businesses. He has proven track record of scaling P&Ls, executing M&A integration, organic growth, and margin expansion strategies. He is skilled in building high-performance teams, driving accountability, new market expansion, operations and execution, innovation and customer turnarounds leading large global organizations across the Americas, EMEA, Middle East, and India. Prior to joining Timken, Mr. Maheshwari spent more than 30 years with Honeywell Process Automation, where he held progressively senior global leadership positions, including President of Honeywell Process Solutions; President of Lifecycle Solutions, Services & Cyber; and Global Vice President & General Manager. He has led businesses spanning industrial automation, services, software, cybersecurity, digital transformation, projects and engineering, with significant experience in customer-centric growth and operational excellence. Mr. Maheshwari holds an Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Rani Durgavati University, India. He later completed General Management Program from IIM Ahmedabad, India. Engineered Bearings and Industrial Motion Products ANUBHAV KHAJURIA Mr. Anubhav Khajuria (Mr. Khajuria) leads HR function as General Manager – HR across the company’s operations, spanning sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and support functions at facilities nationwide. Mr. Khajuria joined Timken in November 2022 as a Human Resources Business Partner. Later serving as Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Head HR, his responsibilities centered on talent acquisition and development, succession and workforce planning, HR analytics, and labor and employment law. Before Timken, Anubhav worked with Alcobev Industries, and Marriott International. Anubhav holds a dual MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Dr. C.V.
