Corporate Guarantee: Approval for providing a corporate guarantee in favour of Bank of Baroda in connection with credit facilities aggregating to ₹30.00 crore sanctioned to Solapur Bioenergy Systems Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, vide sanction letter dated October 6, 2026. 2. Deed of Indemnity: Approval for execution of a Deed of Indemnity in favour of Kiwi General Insurance Limited in connection with Insurance Surety Bonds issued or proposed to be issued on behalf of Solapur Bioenergy Systems Private Limited for meeting the performance-security requirements of its project contracts. The requisite disclosures in respect of the aforesaid matters, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, are enclosed herewith as Annexure A and Annexure B, respectively.
