The Manager - The Listing Department, BSE Limited National Stock Exchange of India Limited Jeejeebhoy Towers Exchange Plaza, Bandra Kurla Complex, Dalal Street, Bandra (East), Mumbai – 400 001 Mumbai – 400051 Scrip code: 530919 Scrip code: REMSONSIND Dear Sir, Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – Temporary disruption of operations due to flooding Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the operations at the Company's manufacturing facilities situated at A2/3 and 4, Diamond, Somnath Road, Kachigam, Near SBI Bank, Daman – 396210, A3/4, Somnath Industrial Estate, Somnath, Daman, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, 396210 and Survey No. 146, Pardi Karia Road, Pardi, District Valsad, Gujarat – 396121 have been disrupted due to flooding of the factory premises caused by incessant heavy rainfall and severe waterlogging in the region. As a precautionary measure and considering the prevailing conditions, operations at the aforesaid manufacturing facilities have been temporarily suspended with effect from 23rd July, 2026. The extent of the damage to the plant and machinery, inventory and other assets is presently being assessed. As access to certain areas of the manufacturing facilities remains restricted due to waterlogging, the financial impact, if any, cannot be ascertained at this stage. The assets at the said manufacturing facilities are adequately covered under the Company's insurance policies. The Company has initiated all necessary measures to safeguard its assets, assess the damage and restore operations at the earliest. Further updates, including the impact on operations, if any, will be communicated as and when material information becomes available. This is for your information and record.
