The CFO was suffering from high fever and cough and was advised by the doctor for complete bed rest for 5 days. Due to the CFO’s medical condition and consequent unavailability during the relevant period, there was an unavoidable delay in completion of the financial closing process, internal review, and coordination required for placing the Financial Results before the Board of Directors for approval and thereafter submitting the same to the Stock Exchange. The delay was purely unintentional and caused by circumstances beyond the control of the Company. The Company has since taken all necessary steps to complete the process and has filed the Financial Results at the earliest possible date. We sincerely regret the delay and assure you that the Company remains committed to ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. Necessary steps are also being taken to strengthen internal processes so that such delays do not recur in future. We request you to kindly take the same on records.
