A suspended director has filed an appeal with the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) against the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) order that admitted a petition for CIRP, with a hearing scheduled for June 24, 2026. Concurrently, the Interim Resolution Professional has issued a public announcement inviting claims from creditors under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
