Mr. Agnes will lead the setting up and operationalisation of Sancode Semi's greenfield Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) facility at Info Valley – II, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, on the 20 acres allotted by IDCO. This includes facility design, equipment selection and installation, process and customer qualification, and ramp-up to commercial production. He will report to the Board of Directors of Sancode Semi. Mr. Agnes is a semiconductor industry executive with over 35 years of global experience. He was the founding Chief Executive Officer of CG Semi Private Limited, one of India's first OSAT facilities under the India Semiconductor Mission, and earlier served as Country Manager & President of Amkor Technology Philippines Inc which is amongst the largest semiconductor manufacturing operations in Philippines, overseeing businesses exceeding USD 700 million in annual revenue and a workforce of more than 10,000 employees.
