Dear Sir/Madam, In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company had intimated vide its letter dated August 5, 2024, that it had issued a Corporate Guarantee to the extent not exceeding ₹ 50 Crores for credit facilities offered by YES Bank Limited to Ratnamani Finow Spooling Solutions Private Limited (“RFSS”), the subsidiary company. We would now like to inform you the said Corporate Guarantee has been discharged / released by YES Bank Limited. The said intimation of release of Corporate Guarantee was received by the Company today at 11: 17 A.M. from the said Bank.
