Closure of Trading Window

Indian Bank has announced the closure of its trading window for directors and designated persons, effective from July 1, 2026. This action is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, in anticipation of the declaration of financial results for the first quarter of FY 2026-27. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are made public.
