HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated July 11, 2023 and last updated on January 30, 2026 ("the SEBI Master Circular"), we wish to inform the Stock Exchanges that, in continuation of our disclosure dated August 31, 2026 regarding the incorporation of SJS Display Electronics Private Limited ("SDEPL"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, SDEPL has entered into an Agreement to Sub- Lease for establishing its manufacturing facility, on a Build-to-Suit basis, at Village Koregaon Bhima, Taluka Shirur, District Pune, Maharashtra, pursuant to an Agreement to Sub-Lease executed and registered on October 11, 2026. The said facility, being established by SDEPL, is expected to be ready for commencement of commercial operations by September 2027. This development marks a significant step in furtherance of the Company's expansion into the cover glass and display electronics business through SDEPL. The Company will continue to keep the Stock Exchanges apprised of further material developments, as and when they arise.
