As your Circular to Listed Companies dated October 19, 2023, filings in respect of Initial
Disclosure were to be filed by all listed entities identified as large corporate (LC) within
30 days from the beginning of the Financial Year. The listed entities which were not
identified as large corporate were required to submit a confirmation in this regard to the
Exchange in the specified mode.
With respect to the same we hereby inform you that company is not large corporate, so
the aforesaid SEBI circular is not applicable to us.
