Sharma East India Hospitals & Medical Research Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons, effective July 1, 2026. This closure is in anticipation of the Board's consideration of the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are publicly announced, in accordance with BSE regulations.
