Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR) - Alteration of object clause of MOA of the company.

Svam Software Ltd has approved a significant alteration to its Memorandum of Association to expand its business activities. The company plans to venture into Agritech solutions, agricultural technology development, farming, and real estate development (construction and redevelopment). Concurrently, the Board has resolved to change the company's name to "Svam Agritech Limited" (or similar) to reflect this strategic shift. An Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be convened on July 14, 2026, to seek shareholder approval for these proposed changes.
