The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India has issued the Certificate of Incorporation on October 10, 2026. The details in respect of the incorporation of WOS, as required to be disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025- CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is set out below in Annexure – A. Name of holding STL Networks DC Limited is a Wholly Owned Subsidiary company of the (‘WOS’) of the STL Networks Limited and hence is a related incorporated company party of the Company. and relation with the listed entity; 3. Brief background about The WOS incorporated with the primary objective to establish, the entity incorporated in acquire, own, operate, manage and market data centre & terms of products / line telecommunication infrastructure, data centre solutions and of business; connectivity services; obtain and maintain all requisite licences, approvals and authorisations from the Department of Telecommunications and other regulatory authorities; and carry on the business of providing integrated data centre and connectivity solutions, including all incidental and ancillary activities, with a focus on operational flexibility, scalability and growth in the digital infrastructure and telecommunications sector. 5.
