He will be relieved from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on January 02, 2027. The Company places on record its deep sense of appreciation for the services rendered by Mr. Samir Kumar Ray and for his contribution during his tenure as the CFO. The Company is in the process of appointing a suitable candidate for the position of CFO & KMP. The same will be intimated to the stock exchanges in due course, in accordance with applicable regulations.
