It is brought to the attention of the Exchange that the Company was previously served with a general judicial summons/notice of appearance on October 03, 2026 to appear in the court on October 06, 2026. However, the said summons was not accompanied by a copy of the plaint or the statement of claims, preventing the Company from assessing the underlying subject matter or calculating the financial impact based on the policy for determination and disclosure of material events/information. The complete copy of the plaint was received over email of the Company through Advocate on October 10, 2026 at 10.42 AM. Upon review of the plaint, the quantum of the claim has been identified. Based on the application of the Company’s policy for determination and disclosure of material events / information framed under Regulation 30(4), the quantum of this specific claim exceeds the prescribed thresholds.
