With no machinery remaining and no plans to restart operations, the Board had approved to proceed with negotiations and execution of sale of the plant. In continuation of the aforesaid, this is to inform you that the Company has entered into a sale deed for the sale of a part of the said Dehradun plant situated at Village Chharba, New Khasra No. 64 to 67 & 74, Chharba Langha Road, Vikas Nagar, Dehradun 248197, Uttarakhand.
