Disclosure of sale of part of non-operational Dehradun Plant

Hind Rectifiers Ltd has completed the sale of a portion of its non-operational Dehradun plant for Rs. 5 Crore. The plant, which ceased operations in 2023 due to product obsolescence, had no machinery or plans for restart. This divestiture monetizes a dormant asset, improving the company's cash position. The transaction was executed with an unrelated third party on June 22, 2026.
