Upon occurrence, the plant management and security personnel swiftly intervened, and the fire was promptly brought under control and extinguished. The exact cause of the fire is presently under investigation and the Company is extending full cooperation to the concerned authorities. The Company is in the process of assessing the extent of damage/ loss caused by the incident and evaluating its impact on operations, if any. The Company is actively undertaking all necessary precautionary and preventive measures to avoid recurrence of such incidents. Furthermore, the details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read along with the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January 2026, are enclosed herewith as Annexure 1.
