After reviewing the present business structure and market outlook, the Board has approved to keep in abeyance the implementation of both the CAPEX Plan viz. setting up of Food Park by Optival Health Solutions Private Limited (Material Subsidiary) and setting up a Concierge Health & Wellness Services Facility at Hyderabad, Telangana. The Company shall continue to evaluate future growth opportunities and the abeyance of the CAPEX Plan is not expected to have any adverse impact on the existing operations or business performance of the Company.
