Vikram Solar Ltd announced an update regarding its Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). A suspended director has filed an appeal before the Hon'ble NCLAT against the NCLT's order dated June 12, 2026, which admitted a Section 9 IBC petition, with the NCLAT scheduled to hear the matter on June 24, 2026. Separately, a public announcement in Form A for claims in the Company's CIRP has been published by the Interim Resolution Professional.
