Kolsite Corporation LLP, a promoter entity of Kabra Extrusiontechnik Ltd, disposed of 3,34,500 shares (0.96% of total voting capital). Concurrently, Anand Kabra and Ekta Kabra, also part of the promoter group, acquired 1,67,250 shares each. This inter-se transfer among promoter group members occurred between June 17 and June 22, 2026. Despite the individual changes, the overall holding of the promoter and persons acting in concert (PAC) remains unchanged at 60.50% of the company's equity.
