Hind Rectifiers Limited has disclosed the sale of a part of its non-operational Dehradun plant for a consideration of Rs. 5 Crore. The plant had been non-operational since 2023 due to product obsolescence, with no machinery or plans for restart. The Board had approved the sale negotiations, and the company executed a sale deed on June 22, 2026. The buyer is not related to the promoter or promoter group, and the transaction is not a related party transaction.
