Trading Window

HEC Infra Projects Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 1, 2026. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will last until 48 hours after the company publicly announces its unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026.
