Civil Works for 400kV Load Pooling GIS Substation at Jamnagar, Gujarat, under Kutch RE Project - Z2 having a total estimated basic order value of ₹ 62.32 Crore (exclusive of GST). Further, the relevant parameters and detailed disclosure as required pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), as amended from time to time, read with the SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed herewith as “Annexure A”.
