C/1, G Block Bandra Dalal Street – Fort Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai - 400 051 Mumbai 400 001 NSE Symbol: RUBICON Scrip Code: 544578 Dear Sir / Madam, Subject: Disclosure under Regula�on 30 of SEBI (Lis�ng Obliga�ons and Disclosure Requirements) Regula�ons, 2015 – US FDA inspec�on of the Company’s manufacturing facility in Satara, Maharashtra, India Pursuant to Regula�on 30 of the SEBI (Lis�ng Obliga�ons & Disclosure Requirements) Regula�ons, 2015, this is to inform you that the United States Food and Drug Administra�on (US FDA) conducted an unannounced inspec�on of the Company’s manufacturing facility located at J4/2, Addi�onal MIDC, Satara – 415 004, Maharashtra, India from Monday, 5 October 2026 to Friday, 9 October 2026. Upon conclusion of the current inspec�on, a Form 483 containing 1 observa�on was issued to the company. The observa�on is procedural in nature and does not relate to data integrity. The company is confident of working closely with the regulator to successfully conclude the evalua�on in a �mely manner. A successful inspec�on outcome for the Satara facility would be the first successful unannounced inspec�on for this site. The previous inspec�on in January 2023 was the first ever US FDA inspec�on for the site, for which the company was provided prior in�ma�on. Upon conclusion, this would be the third successful unannounced US FDA inspec�on for the company in FY2026- 27, considering the inspec�ons of our Toronto (Canada) R&D facility in April 2026 and Pithampur (India) manufacturing facility in July 2026. Addi�onally, our recently acquired manufacturing facility in East Brunswick, New Jersey, USA was inspected by the US FDA in May 2026, just prior to our acquisi�on of that facility in July 2026.
