Accordingly, Mr. Rachid Ayari shall cease to be the Whole Time Director, Chief Financial Officer, Key Managerial Personnel and shall also cease to be Senior Management Personnel and member of the Risk Management Committee effective from the close of business hours on 30th September 2026. The Company places on record its sincere appreciation to Mr. Rachid Ayari for his valuable contributions, expert guidance, and dedicated assistance provided during his tenure with the Company. The Company is in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for the position of Chief Financial Officer, who will also be designated as a Key Managerial Personnel. The Company will inform the Stock Exchanges of the appointment in due course.
