The Company received the said letter for the first time on 09/10/2026. The Board shall consider the said resignation letter at its next board meeting in terms of the Agreement dated 30th May, 2024 entered into between the Company and Mr. Bansal, governing terms of his appointment. In the meantime, it appears to the Company that Mr. Bansal has already filed Form DIR-11 with the Registrar of Companies reflecting 21/09/2026 as the date of resignation.
