He has over three decades of distinguished leadership experience spanning public finance, taxation policy, urban development, and state governance. Dr. Kareer has played a pivotal role in advancing major institutional reforms and large-scale digital transformation initiatives across the public sector. Dr. Kareer has successfully directed complex GST negotiations and decisively addressed long-standing urban planning challenges. His pioneering work in e- governance has earned international recognition from the World Bank.
