Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process

Vikram Solar Limited has announced the initiation of its Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). This follows an NCLT Kolkata Bench order dated June 12, 2026, admitting a Section 9 petition against the company. A suspended director has appealed this NCLT order before the NCLAT, with a hearing scheduled for June 24, 2026. Concurrently, a public announcement in Form A for inviting claims in the CIRP has been issued by the Interim Resolution Professional, Ms. Tripti Agarwal, and published in newspapers.
