Also, as part of the said disclosure we had informed that the indicative time period for completion of the acquisition will be within 6 weeks. We wish to inform now that with the Condition Precedents being met, the Company has acquired the 100% stake (Shareholding) in Bromford Precision Solutions Limited in the United Kingdom.
