This is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be
held on Wednesday, 29th July, 2026, to consider and approve the Un-Audited (Standalone
and Consolidated) Financial Results ("UFR"), for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2026 and to
take on record, the Limited Review Report thereon.
Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct of the Company and as per SEBI (Prohibition of
Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the
Company by the ‘Designated Persons’ and their immediate relatives, has already been closed
w.e.f. Wednesday, 1st July, 2026 and will remain closed up to Friday, 31st July, 2026 (both
days inclusive) for the purpose of announcement of the aforesaid Un-audited (Standalone and
Consolidated) Financial Results, as may be considered by the Board of Directors.
