He tendered his resignation vide letter dated September 09, 2026 and will be relieved from his responsibilities with effect from close of business hours on October 9, 2026. The Company is in the process of identifying/hiring a suitable candidate for the said position and shall inform the Stock Exchange once the vacancy is filled up. Further, he had confirmed that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those provided therein his resignation letter.
