At the said AGIV, the members of the Company approved, by way of special resolution the proposal for change of name of the company from "VENTURA TEXTILES LIMITED'TO "SUPERBEV LIMITED" and consequential alteration in the l/lemorandum of Association (MOA) of the Company, subject to compliance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act,2013 and the SEBI LODR Regulations. ln the said AGIVI the members also approved the insertion of Object Clauses in the main object of IMOA to be pursued by the Company, after obtaining the approval of the lVinistry of Corporate Affairs / Registrar of Companies. The Company, has not generated any revenue from its past activities in Textiles since 2023-24. The Company has no other assets except Cash and Baqk Balances as its only assets and the Company has utilized / invested its said resources / adsets to explore the new business activities in Beverages and turnaround and revive -the Compahy's fortune, activating the new Object clauses, subsequent to the registratio.n-of'the same by the lMinistry of Corporate Affairs / Registrar of Companies.
