October 9, 2026 BSE Limited Phiroze Jeejeebhoy Towers, National Stock Exchange of India Ltd Dalal Street, Fort Exchange Plaza, C-1, Block G Mumbai – 400 001 Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra East, Mumbai – 400 051 Scrip Code - 526612 NSE Symbol - BLUEDART Dear Sir / Madam, Sub: Change in Key Managerial Personnel of the Company - Intimation under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015’) Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held today i.e. October 9, 2026, basis the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, inter alia, considered, noted and approved the following changes in the Key Managerial Personnel viz; Head (Legal & Compliance) & Company Secretary of the Company: i) In order to facilitate smooth and seamless transition of the Company Secretarial, Legal & Compliance functions in favour of the incumbent candidate, Mr.Tushar Gunderia, Head (Legal & Compliance) & Company Secretary (ICSI Membership No. F5508), shall continue employment as a `Corporate Affairs and Legal Counsel’ upto December 31, 2026 viz; superannuation date. Accordingly, Mr. Tushar Gunderia shall cease to hold the office of Head (Legal & Compliance) and Company Secretary and as the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. close of business hours on October 9, 2026. The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, noted valuable contribution of Mr. Tushar Gunderia during his remarkable tenure of about 28 years with Blue Dart Express Ltd. The Board conveyed its best wishes to him as he embarks on the next chapter of his journey. ii) Appointment of Mr.Rabindra Purohit (ICSI Membership No. F4680), as Vice President, Legal, Compliance & Company Secretary of the Company and Compliance Officer under Listing Regulations who would also be Key Managerial Personnel and part of Senior Management Personnel with effect from October 10, 2026. Mr.Rabindra Purohit is a seasoned legal and governance professional with around 25 years of experience leading legal, secretarial, compliance, and corporate governance functions across diverse industries. A qualified Company Secretary, Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), and a law graduate (LL.B.) & B.Com (Hons.) from Berhampur University, he has built a distinguished career at the intersection of business strategy, regulatory excellence, and ethical governance. Further, Mr. Rabindra Purohit (having contact details as rabindra.purohit@bluedart.com) would act as one of the Key Managerial Personnel authorised for the purpose of determining Materiality of Event or Information and for the purpose of making Disclosures to the Stock Exchange(s) under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations in place of Mr. Tushar Gunderia from October 10, 2026. The other Key Managerial Personnel authorised for the purpose of determining and making disclosures under the Listing Regulations would remain unchanged.
