and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in
the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and
connected persons effective from 01 July 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial
results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026.
The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the unaudited financial results for the said
quarter will be communicated in due course.
