Intimation of Trading Window closure for the Quarter ended on 30th June 2026.

SBC Exports Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 1, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
