The Company had already submitted an intimation dated 18th September 2026, in respect of the same credit facility, involving the same amount and terms and conditions, in favour of Federal Bank Limited. In view of the above, we kindly request you to take note of the fact that the intimation dated 08th October 2026, was filed inadvertently and may be treated as a duplicate filing. Accordingly, we request you to consider the intimation dated 18th September 2026, as the valid intimation in respect of the aforesaid credit facility and disregard the subsequent intimation dated 08th October 2026.
