The trading window will open 48 (forty-eight) hours after the declaration of above information to the stock exchanges. The same has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company. The date of Board Meeting to consider the Financial Results for the year ending on 30th June, 2026 will be intimated separately.
