Group ADP has nominated a replacement for Mr. Riols, which shall be taken up for approvals in due course and intimated separately. Accordingly, the Company has received today i.e. October 08, 2026, resignation letter from Mr. Alexis Benjamin Riols tendering his resignation as Executive Director & Deputy CEO of the Company. He, however, continues to be on the Board of the Company as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director. In this regard, please find enclosed herewith: 1) Detailed Information as required under Regulation 30 & 51 read with Schedule III of Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular bearing Ref.
