Subsequent to the dispatch/upload of the Annual Report, it was noticed that certain pages containing the Financial Statements were inadvertently printed incorrectly due to a printing error. The said error is purely clerical/printing in nature and does not involve any change in the audited financial statements approved by the Board of Directors or in the Statutory Auditors' Report thereon. Accordingly, the Company has issued the enclosed Corrigendum to the Annual Report containing the correctly printed pages of the Financial Statements. The Corrigendum should be read in conjunction with the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26. Except for the aforesaid correction, there is no change in any other part of the Annual Report, and all other contents thereof remain unchanged. We regret for the following printing errors in the Annual Report of the Company for the Year 2025– Please read the followings as stated below: • Page no.192; point no. 35 (at the bottom), the line should be read as ‘There is no Impairment of assets during the period ended 31st March 2026 under Ind AS 36’. • Page no. 193; point no.38, inside the table under ‘Financial instruments by category’ the date ‘30 Sep 2025’ should be read as ‘31st March 2026’. • Page no.193; Inside the other table the line should read as ‘Financial assets and liabilities measured at amortized cost for which fair values are disclosed on 31st March 2026’. • Page no. 194; Inside the table under ‘(iii) Fair value of financial assets and liabilities measured at amortized cost’ the date ‘30 Sep 2025’ should be read as ‘31st March 2026’. • Page no.195; Inside the table under ‘(i) Maturities of financial liabilities’ the date ‘30 Sep 2025’ should be read as ‘31st March 2026’.
