Mr. Nigam was hospitalised intermittently during May 2026 to June 2026. Further, while Mr. Nigam has remained unavailable to perform his role in a regular manner for a period exceeding forty-five days in the rolling period of ninety days (April 2026 to June 2026), he has been available for certain crucial meetings and key decision-making as required from time to time. This disclosure is being made owing to the nature and duration of his unavailability. The Company has taken necessary steps to ensure continuity of business operations without any disruption. The existing Whole-time Directors have been attending to all matters requiring attention, and the Company has continued to operate in the ordinary course.
