In terms of the provisions of the ITI Limited’s “Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor
and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives” framed under
the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the “Trading
Window” for dealing in securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their
immediate relatives shall be closed from Wednesday, 01st July 2026 till 48 hours after the
